Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This processing time is in additional to shipping times.

We are not responsible for delays that result from issues with postal and delivery service providers.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Local delivery

We do not offer local delivery at this time. Please email treesrollingpaper@gmail.com if this is something you would like from us in the future.

In-store pickup

We do not offer In-store pickup at this time. Please email treesrollingpaper@gmail.com if this is something you would like from us in the future.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada and the USA, if you are outside this these areas and interested in our product please confirm hemp is legal in your country and email us, we will be expanding our shipping area in the future and will prioritize areas people reach out to us from. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Trees Rolling Papers is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, please note not all shipping options have tracking numbers, be sure to pick the correct option before completing your checkout. Once an order is processed we cannot make any adjustments or generate a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for confirmations and tracking information (if shipping option is selected) to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at treesrollingpaper@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at treesrollingpapers@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
